ECONS de Cora
Social Responsibility Program
To help improve the health and well-being of our team members, their families, and the communities they interact with, we launched a new social responsibility program called: “ECONS de cora”.
This project seeks to encourage employees, and their families to take care of their health, by participating in aerobic activities and sponsoring events that promote the same in their communities. We emphasize the importance of cardiovascular health to live longer and with better quality; the heart is the base of good health and life.

Educational talks

At ECONS we designed heath talks to sensitize and educate our staff members about issues that affect their health. We highlight the importance of eating a balanced diet of nutritious foods and drinking water, as a way of keeping the body functioning at its best.
Fit KickBoxing
October 15th, 2022
Our staff members were invited to join Kickboxing classes. Kickboxing is a form of martial arts that combines elements of boxing and martial arts. It has become increasingly popular in recent years, both as a form of workout and as a way to stay fit and healthy.
Kickboxing classes help to improve cardiovascular health by engaging multiple muscle groups. As an aerobic exercise, kickboxing benefits include increased endurance, improved flexibility and range of motion as well as core strength.
Turkey Run Puerto Rico

Members of our team participated in the Puerto Rico Turkey Run, a foot race that promotes physical activity to strengthen the cardiovascular system. Running or walking can help improve overall physical health, as it increases the heart rate and strengthens muscles. It is an excellent form of exercise for people of all ages and abilities, as it does not require any gym equipment or access to a specific environment.
Additionally, running or walking can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve cardiovascular health, and enhance overall mood.
Puerto Rico Sunshine
15k Event

ECONS was the Diamond sponsor of the Puerto Rico Sunshine 15k event led by Fundación Soy un Corazón.r health, and enhance overall mood.
It was a family event full of memorable moments. What a great privilege and experience to be able to support this organization! This event is the 3rd Edition of Puerto Rico Sunshine to benefit children who have undergone heart surgery. Thanks to all the 30+ participants for supporting and promoting a healthy heart!
