Full Job Description
- Designs and codes functional software programs and applications. Collaborate with teams to set specifications, write high-quality code, conduct testing, and troubleshoot applications. Applicant needs to be in Puerto Rico to perform this job. Also, the applicant needs to be fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
Education and/or experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three (3) years of experience in as application developer and designing and building applications.
- Power Automate: 1 year (Required)
- Power BI: 1 year (Required)
- Power App: 1 year (Required)
Application Developer – Power App (BI/PA) Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features
- Collaborate with a team of IT professionals to set specifications for new applications
- Design creative prototypes according to specifications
- Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
- Perform unit and integration testing before launch
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features
- Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design

- Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
Other requirements:
- Strong knowledge in Power BI, Powe App, Power automate.
