Full Job Description
- Responsible for identifying training needs, designing, and delivering training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. Create teaching plans, develop instructional materials, and ensure employees’ growth aligns with company goals. Applicant needs to be in Puerto Rico to perform this job. Also, the applicant needs to be fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
Education and/or experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Three (3) years of experience. Experience in customer services and sales environments is preferable.
- Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Required)
- Presentation skills: 3 years (Preferred)
- Presentation creation: 3 years (Required)
Job Functions
- Gather information to create training material that includes, but not limited to instructional design and assessments for virtual and classroom classes.
- Create training curriculum and agenda for operational areas (Community Events, Retail, Service Center, Contact Centers).
- Responsible for the creation and implementation of ongoing curriculum that satisfy the training needs of the operational areas.
- Facilitate trainings, train the trainers.
- Ensure classes have the minimum knowledge and skills to perform in real scenarios before handing them over the operation. This may include simulations, role plays, On the Job training and nesting.
- Provide support for the establishment and nurturing of communities of practice, including workshops.
- Find opportunities to use and improve training tools and collect feedback, to enhance current training modules.
