Hello my name is Amaury Maldonado-Vazquez from Cayey, PR and I am ECONS.
I have been part of the ECONS family for 2 years now mainly focused on coaching our clients in the areas of Strategy, PMO’s, and Change Management. I am currently leading a team supporting activities within the Maintenance Department and associated multifunctional projects in the public sector in Puerto Rico where I feel very proud by giving back and supporting my country’s restructuring vision. As part of my role, I dedicate lots of attention to data analysis, planning, and risk management, which helps maintain much needed structure but flexibility in today’s continuous changing environments.
